North Palm Beach Boat Parade

We have a very nice neighbor who invited us over to his boat to watch the lighted boat parade. The parade ran the length of Lake Worth and up the ICW a few miles. Our marina was the parade headquarters so we had the best seat in the house. Our neighbor owns a local nightclub and had a big layout of food and drink. After the fireworks 40 boats paraded by with lights and music and then the marina rocked with live music for the rest of the evening.

  1. Stopped over to your house tonight and ended up playing with your wife all night.Cards that is, We didn't lose until the last set so we played well together.Did you think maybe you could hire a motor boat to just tow you to the Bahama's?

  2. Tow to Bahama? A great idea and I do have towing insurance.

I'm glad cards went well for you and Bev. In the past I have found it difficult to unseat players at the head table because it is closest to the food and drink.

  3. Salid and Piza for supper, before cards and cokies and Ice cream for dessert, after cards were done. No snacks, Irish wisky or coffee! Bev said they must have all gotten packed in your suit case when she wasn't looking before you left.

  4. That is pretty cool! Did you see Captain Iffy or Hientz in it?

  5. No, Captain Hientz has no electricity on his boat and I suspect, since everyone was busy watching the parade, Captain Iffy was out shopping for good used boat gear.
