There are fish everywhere you look in this part of the Bahamas and I am looking forward to going down to the Land & Sea National Park which is a protected area south of Elbow Cay.
Snorkeling is easy and fun so I don't think I'll be interested in scuba diving but scuba is very popular here. The last picture here is Tahiti Beach which is very popular for swimming and just getting some sun.

Now it looks like your having some real fun. are these areas connected by the area water taxi service? it dosen't look like there are many people on those beaches. did you find any sand dollars? fun to look at as the Temp. here is 17 degrees below Zero this AM.

There are many beaches within walking distance regardless of which Cay you are on. Tahiti beach is on the south end of Elbow Cay so we "carted" to it. We could have dinghy-ed to it too but wanted a cart to get to a pizza place that evening so we rented one for the day.
ReplyDeleteThere are lots of sand dollars around. Some beaches have more than others.
